How do I purchase 1E products?

We accept credit cards or you can issue a Purchase Order. If a credit card is
used, the following information is required :

Can I purchase through a reseller?

Yes. We have 1E product resellers worldwide. The software is delivered directly
to the end user.

How is 1E software delivered?
|
| |
On receipt of an order, we provide a link for you to download your software. A
licence key is issued in addition to a licence agreement and maintenance
agreement. This can all be sent by email.

All of our products are licensed and priced per client.

All pricing includes maintenance and support for 1 Year.

What does pricing include?
|

Maintenance includes priority support, email notification of updates and all
new releases and updates for free within the year. Support is provided by
telephone and email.

Do I have to purchase maintenance and support?

Maintenance and support are included with the initial order. From Year 2 this
is priced at 20% of the cost of the software and is an optional purchase.

Do I have to renew my software licence?

No. The purchase of the software is a one-off charge. This is a perpetual
licence. It is only maintenance and support that is renewable.

You will then have to purchase an upgrade path and renew your
maintenance.
