1. How do I purchase 1E products?
We accept credit cards or you can issue a Purchase Order. If a credit card is used, the following information is required :
- Number and name on card
- Billing address for credit card
- Type of credit card (all major credit cards accepted)
- Expiry date
2. Can I purchase through a reseller?
Yes. We have 1E product resellers worldwide. The software is delivered directly to the end user.
3. How is 1E software delivered?
On receipt of an order, we provide a link for you to download your software. A
licence key is issued in addition to a licence agreement and maintenance
agreement. This can all be sent by email.

4. How is 1E software licensed?
All of our products are licensed and priced per client.
5. What is the pricing structure?
All pricing includes maintenance and support for 1 Year.
6. What does pricing include?
Maintenance includes priority support, email notification of updates and all
new releases and updates for free within the year. Support is provided by
telephone and email.

7. Do I have to purchase maintenance and support?
Maintenance and support are included with the initial order. From Year 2 this
is priced at 25% of the cost of the software and is an optional purchase.
8. Do I have to renew my software licence?
No. The purchase of the software is a one-off charge. This is a perpetual
licence. It is only maintenance and support that is renewable.
9. What if I need an upgrade to my software and I do not have maintenance?
You will then have to purchase an upgrade path and renew your maintenance.
10. Am I entitled to a discount on the cost of software?
We do offer government, charity and educational discounts.

11. How do I become a reseller?
Please go to the reseller section of our website. You can be set up as a 1E
reseller in a few quick steps. This section is currently under construction.
12. How do I receive a business case for 1E WakeUp or NightWatchman?
In order to send you a business case that is specific to your requirements,
please fill out as much of the following information :
- Total number of client machines
- Most common system unit and monitor - make and model
- Your average tariff paid for electricity per kwh
For 1E WakeUp:
- Average hourly rate for an SMS Administrator
- Number of Critical upgrades performed per month
- Number of sites
- Average hourly rate for support person
For NightWatchman:
- Estimated proportion of user's workstations that could not be
put into the correct state overnight by IT staff on site and thus need to be
upgraded during the day.
- Percentage of workstations that are currently shut down each evening
