Senior Software Engineer

Description: 1E products and services are focused on reducing the cost and administrative burden of managing large numbers of desktops, servers and IT networks. Working in 1E’s Head Office as part of an expanding development team, you will be required to be involved in all stages of the development lifecycle from system analysis through to build, test and support. You will be expected to develop a deep knowledge of 1E’s products and of supporting Microsoft products such as SMS and SCCM. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Windows programmer who possesses a genuine interest in software development. You will be technically authoritative, a good communicator and have excellent problem solving skills. You will be a self-starter and be able to work to your allocated project plan.

Description: As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Account Director (field sales) for your assigned territories. Your sales team will be responsible for achieving the sales goals in your territories. Your role will be primarily lead generation and account management. Description: As a Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting your territory team(s), assisting in prospect engagement, and resolving technical evaluation and implementation issues, in order to achieve sales goals. Support Manager

Description: As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing team and individual workload, managing escalations and concerns from the business and customers. You will be expected to provide a Technical Account Management role for a number of key North America accounts, providing critical incident management, proactive notifications of hotfix and product update releases and monthly meetings to review customer deployment schedules and issues.
