Learn how Signify (Philips Lighting) managed to rename their company, change domain and email addresses across their entire estate almost instantly. Sometimes things change. Without the right tools and automation, some changes present seemingly insurmountable challenges to productivity and maintaining critical system availability. When Phillips Lighting underwent a name change to Signify, they faced some huge challenges within their IT estate. Usually, big changes like these put a lot of stress on any IT operation. Yet, Signify was able to update their entire landscape in one fell swoop. Timing is everything. They were able to coordinate the change-over of every user’s profile in sequence, regardless of where the endpoints were located. No matter which application or whether the endpoint was in the office or at home, IT were in complete control of the process.
