RSS is a simple XML-based system that allows 1E customers to subscribe to 1E product news and articles.

Subscribe to 1E RSS Feeds:

To subscribe to 1E RSS Feeds you will need to enter your user name and password - sent to you by email. If you do not have these details, please email 1E Customer Care Team to obtain your username and password.

Using Internet Explorer - Click on the RSS Feeds URL to subscribe - Enter the username and password provided by the 1E Customer Care Team - Click on the ‘Add to Favourites’ icon in the IE toolbar - Click on ‘Subscribe to this Feed’ - Name the feed and organize in appropriate folder - Click on the ‘Subscribe’ button

Using Microsoft Outlook - Right click on the title of the RSS Feed that you wish to subscribe to, select ‘Copy Shortcut’ - In Outlook right click on your RSS Feed folder, select ‘Add New RSS Feed’ - Paste the shortcut URL into the box that appears and click on ‘Add’ - Enter the username and password provided by the 1E Customer Care Team - Check the ‘Remember My Password’ box and click ‘OK’
