RSS is a simple XML-based system that allows 1E customers to subscribe to 1E product news and articles.

Access to 1E Product RSS Feeds is restricted to 1E Customers with a current Maintenance Agreement. Further information relating to 1E product maintenance may be obtained by emailing 1E Customer Care Team, or contacting us by phone on

Subscribe to 1E RSS Feeds:

To subscribe to 1E RSS Feeds you will need to enter your user name and password - sent to you by email. If you do not have these details, please email 1E Customer Care Team to obtain your username and password.

Using Internet Explorer - Click on the RSS Feeds URL to subscribe - Enter the username and password provided by the 1E Customer Care Team - Click on the 'Add to Favourites' icon in the IE toolbar - Click on 'Subscribe to this Feed' - Name the feed and organize in appropriate folder - Click on the 'Subscribe' button

1E RSS Feeds are protected by a username and password. If you are using an RSS Feed reader other than Internet Explorer, it must support authentication.
