Whether it’s getting large packages across slow Wide-Area-Network (WAN) links without affecting your end users, cutting your carbon footprint and electricity consumption of the PCs within your estate with effective PC power management or effectively managing your software licenses deployed in your environment based on actual usage we’re always looking forwards at how we can make your lives easier and more optimized.
One of the things we’ve been working on recently to make more efficient and easier to use is how to improve our Support Portal. If you are unaware, the support portal is where our customers can go to for all their supporting needs from 1E. From knowledge base articles to the latest updates you can find them all at our Support Portal.
We’ve just about to finish phase one of the support portal which meant restructuring and categorizing our Knowledge Base articles. We’ve also reviewed and improved the articles making them even easier to use and understand.
Phase two of the Support Portal will be completed in a few months which will be a revamp of the portal making it even better than before. We’ll have more news to follow so keep watching this space.
