A focus on employee experiences and engagement, increase operational agility and automation, and secure employees regardless of location.
Providing an exceptional digital employee experience is no longer a luxury for organizations, it’s a necessity. And, as our latest research report highlights, 80% of all respondents say that DEX is now a key consideration within their enterprise’s digital transformation strategy. Not to mention, a further, 81% agree that those who don’t make DEX a board-level priority will fall behind their competitors.

We’re delighted to bring you the industry’s first annual DEX awards program, focused on excellence and expertise in the new and emerging field of Digital Employee Experience.
The awards themselves are designed to recognize outstanding contributions and innovation in this area, and to reward outstanding contributors in the 1E customer community for their great work.

The Judging Panel
We’re pleased to introduce our panel of fantastic judges:
Amy Collins , SVP of Product Marketing
Amy has worked in the technology sector for 20 years. She has spent most of her career in Product roles building software products in fast growth, disruptive tech companies across a number of fields including IT infrastructure, Social Media analytics and AI.
In her various roles at 1E she has been Product Manager for Shopping and launched the first versions of AppClarity. She is currently VP of Product Marketing.
Jason Keogh, Field CTO,
With over 20 years of experience in the software industry, Jason helps IT leaders around the world identify solutions to the problems that plague them. An expert in the Digital Workplace and Cyber Security, Jason joined 1E in 2014 and works with strategic partners, customers, and internal field resources.
Oliver Giordimaina, VP Product
Oliver recently joined 1E as VP of Product at 1E, after a long career in Product Management at senior level. Oliver was previously at Ivanti and has 8 years expertise in the workspace arena and automation to deliver personalized employee experiences.
Ron Crumbaker, VP of Professional Services
Ron has been at 1E for nearly 9 years and works closely with our customers to help them implement their DEX solution. Long held expertise in Configuration manager and Systems Management makes Ron the technical expert in making sure customers get the most from their 1E DEX solution.
