1E is committed to providing customers with high quality products ready for use in their diverse production environments. This includes support for the Microsoft rapid-release cycle (“software as-a-service”) for Windows 10 and System Center Configuration Manager (ConfigMgr). 1E has implemented processes to ensure that customers can deploy 1E products and the Microsoft builds with confidence within the following time frames.

- The following time frames are subject to change, depending on changes in Microsoft’s processes, 1E customer feedback, and 1E process review
- If changes are made 1E will update the 1E support statement

ConfigMgr
Technical Preview
- One week after the announcement of availability of a technical preview, 1E will post a support statement stating whether there are any known issues with 1E products when using the technical preview
- The technical preview with related 1E products should only be used on a limited basis for testing, as per Microsoft’s guidance for such testing
- The statement will be updated if any additional issues are found
- The statement is based on limited testing
- Support for 1E products with the technical preview, and resolution of any issues found, is at 1E’s discretion
Current Branch
- Two weeks after the announcement of availability of a current branch build, 1E will post a support statement stating whether there are any known issues with 1E products when using the current branch build
- The current branch build with related 1E products can be used in production at full scale
- The statement will be updated if any issues are later found
- The statement is based on substantial formal testing
- Complete support is provided for the current branch build, including resolution of issues. 1E will endeavour to resolve the issues within 30 days of the announcement of the availability of the current branch build and after 30 days of the announcement of the availability of the current branch build
- Support for current branch will last for as long as Microsoft provides support

Windows 10
Windows Insider Program (WIP)
- One week after the first announcement of availability of a Windows Insider Program build within a calendar month, 1E will post a support statement stating whether there are any known issues with 1E products when using the WIP build
- 1E will not test additional WIP builds released within the same calendar month and will not release a support statement
- The Windows Insider Program build with related 1E products should only be used on a limited basis for testing, as per Microsoft’s guidance for such testing
- The statement will be updated if any issues are later found
- The statement is based on limited testing
- Support for 1E products with the WIP build, and resolution of any issues found, is at 1E’s discretion
Current Branch
- Two weeks after the announcement of availability of a current branch build, 1E will post a support statement stating whether there are any known issues with 1E products when using the current branch build
- The current branch build with related 1E products can be used in production at full scale but should not be used on mission-critical or sensitive computers
- The statement will be updated if any issues are later found
- The statement is based on substantial formal testing
- Complete support is provided for the current branch build, including resolution of issues. 1E will endeavor to resolve the issues within 30 days of the announcement of the availability of the current branch build
- Support for current branch will last for as long as Microsoft provides support
Current Branch for Business (CBB)
- 1E will update the support statement within 2 work days of the announcement of the current branch for business build
- The CBB build with related 1E products can be used in production at full scale including on mission-critical or sensitive computers
Long-term Servicing Branch (LTSB)
- 1E will update the support statement within 30 days of the announcement of the LTSB build
- The LTSB build for business with related 1E products can be used in production at full scale including on mission-critical or sensitive computers
- The statement is based on based on full formal regression testing
- Complete support is provided for the LTSB build, including resolution of issues. 1E will endeavor to resolve the issues within 45 days of the announcement of the availability of the LTSB build
