In partnership with independent research agency Vanson Bourne, we’ve spent the last few months surveying employees across eight industries in the United States about the new relationship they have with their endpoints—and with IT. We wanted to understand how the employee experience has been impacted by the mass shift to remote working in 2020, and how IT has been supporting them during this time.
Our research found that enterprise IT teams are failing to deliver a positive remote employee experience across the board. Our data shows IT has more to do in order to prepare their organizations—and employees—for a work from anywhere enterprise in the aftermath of the coronavirus pandemic.
