Mike Terrill

Solutions Architect at 1E

Mike’s career has been focused around systems management (SCCM) and operating system deployment for almost 20 years (ever since SMS v1.2). He founded and runs the Arizona Systems Management User Group. He specializes in the design, architecture and installation of Configuration Manager and Windows operating system deployments. As one of many engagements in his 7+ years with in 1E Professional Services, Mike architected and deployed System Center 2012 Configuration Manager in several Fortune 100 companies (including a Windows 7 migration in a 450,000+ seat environment). Mike is now the Product Manager for Windows Migrations and User-centric Application Management at 1E. In this role, Mike provides technical direction for 1E technologies, assuring their qualities in efficiently managing hardware, systems, users and other end points.

Troy Martin

Solutions Architect at 1E

Troy is a Solutions Architect at 1E, which entails providing technical direction for 1E technologies, assuring their qualities in efficiently managing hardware, systems, users and other end points. Troy is well known in the Configuration Manager community as a speaker and subject matter expert. Working with some of the largest companies in the world as a consultant with 1E for 5 years, he has been involved with dozens of SCCM and Windows migrations and upgrades. Troy has been instrumental in collaborating with others at 1E to creating some of the core foundations of Software Lifecycle Automation (SLA) such as automated application rationalization and OSD mapping solution to name a couple. Many Fortune 500 companies have since benefited from SLA for their Windows migrations and are sure to take advantage of it during their ongoing migration to Windows 10.

Keith Garner

Solutions Architect at 1E

Keith is a Solutions Architect at 1E, focusing on Operating Systems Deployment. Although Keith recently joined 1E, he has 20+ years of industry experience working as an IT consultant, and working for Microsoft. Keith has worked for the Windows Product Group, Surface Product Group, and the Configuration Manager Group. Additionally Keith has worked for Microsoft IT, where he help designed and implemented the Windows deployment system used internally at Microsoft. Keith was a Developer and lead Technical Program Manager for the Microsoft Deployment Toolkit. Perhaps you have read Keith’s blog, or you have seen him presenting at various conferences. Keith’s role at 1E is about tackling the challenges of Windows OS Deployment, and making OS deployment better for our customers.
