IT efficiency software provider 1E has released version 4.0 of its ‘app store’ for the enterprise ‘Shopping’.
With Shopping 4.0, users can schedule their own Windows 7 migration and select which applications to restore and install with their new Operating System, said 1E.
The company added that with Shopping 4.0, the IT department stands to save a significant amount of time tracking and installing applications, while at the same time maintaining control of the number of deployments and being able to black out certain days or hours if needed.
