Driven by a passion for service, accountability, and a focus on doing right by the customer, Sandra Guadagnoli joins 1E as the Vice President of Customer Operations. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer and Political Science from New York University and brings with her over 18 years of experience in customer success and operations. Before coming to 1E, Sandra’s previous experience in compliance program implementation was multi-industry and international, with her most recent stint as AVP, Client Success Services at SAI Global.
She has partnered with large, international customers to set up, roll out, and manage global ethics and compliance initiatives. With extensive experience in sales, project management, and customer service in the e-learning industry, she’s been an instrumental force in delivering unequaled domestic and global deployment of solutions for companies all over the world.
Sandra is an avid New Yorker, and spends her free time traveling and exploring new food destinations with her husband and two daughters.
