The sudden shift to distributed workforces in 2020 thrust digital employee experience (DEX) into the spotlight. Why? Well, as Forrester’s research shows, 8 in 10 organizations are planning to continue some form of hybrid working two years from today.  And, if you joined us for the Work From Anywhere Conference in September, you’ll know that being able to support hybrid working depends on a great DEX.
