The ultimate MVP experience: Windows Creators Update live webinar

The ultimate MVP experience: Windows Creators Update live webinar

Has it been 6 months already?  Do we defer Windows 10 1709 the maximum of 180 days or jump right in?
Most of the headlines in the press about the release have been focusing on the consumer or creative aspects. While they’re very cool, it’s important to understand the other changes that could be important to your business.
For example, you get more control over delaying updates for a week—giving users more active control of their system— a feature that’s getting a lot of attention. There are also improvements in Edge and the speed and accuracy of Windows Hello, increasingly being adopted to improve security. There are also a number of deprecated and removed features.  So even if you do decide to pass on this release, your IT teams still need to be aware of what’s included in the update, regardless if the changes appear minor.
It’s never been more critical to keep systems current and before your rollout out Creators Update, you have to make sure your Configuration Management infrastructure is ready.

Assuming you’re still the IT admin in this scenario, whose opinion about the update do you trust the most? The folks on Reddit who form opinions based on theories? Or the esteemed Microsoft MVPs who have first-hand experience with the latest update since it was first released to the Windows Insider groups?
Nawzil Najeeb has worked at Microsoft and Microsoft Mobile in Kuwait. He’s “the Windows Guy” and is the founder and admin of some of the most active Microsoft and Windows related groups on Facebook. His insight into Windows is unmatched—and because of his expertise, you’ll want to watch our webinar next Wednesday.
In our new dedicated webinar Nawzil Najeeb along with Shaun Cassells, two leading MVPs with extensive first-hand experience of the Update, take a look at the changes that matter, as well as exploring the wider issue of managing Windows 10 updates and servicing in your organization.
Attendees will leave the webinar with:

  • Insights into what’s new in Windows 10
  • How to manage Configuration Manager for Windows 10 servicing
  • How to reduce the impact of frequent Windows 10 updates
