1E appoints Henry Seddon as Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer

Global Marketing Expert to Lead Charge in IT Efficiency Company’s Strategy

London and New York, December 10, 2013 – 1E, the global leader in IT efficiency software, today announced the appointment of Henry Seddon as Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer.

With more than 20 years of experience in the software industry, Seddon will lead the marketing team and take responsibility for 1E’s overall go-to-market vision, product evolution and marketing strategy. His focus will be to accelerate growth at 1E to become the dominant provider of efficient IT solutions – saving companies time and resources through identifying IT waste, removing it, and optimizing everything else.

Previously, Seddon served as the Vice President of Global Marketing at QlikTech, where he was part of the leadership team that took the company to IPO on the Nasdaq in 2010, the year’s most successful software IPO. Prior to QlikTech, Seddon also held a variety of senior positions in UGS (bought by Siemens in 2007 for $3.5bn), PeopleSoft (acquired by Oracle) and Siebel Systems. At Siebel, Henry was one of the first employees in EMEA and was responsible for EMEA Industry Marketing, helping Siebel to grow to become the largest CRM provider in the world.
