1E Completes SOC2 Type 2 Certification


LONDON and AUSTIN – April 24, 2023 – We are delighted to announce that 1E has achieved SOC2 Type 2 certification, the gold standard for security certification of cloud-based services. This accreditation is awarded to organizations that have demonstrated that their security systems and protocols meet the high standards of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) for the Trust Services Criteria (TSC) of security, availability and confidentiality.

The SOC2 Type 2 report provides a comprehensive assessment of our security controls and processes over a specified period, including our policies, procedures, and monitoring systems. This evaluation ensures that they are designed and implemented effectively to meet the TSCs, with proper oversight of our organization’s vendor management programs, internal corporate governance, risk management processes, and regulatory oversight.

As a cloud-based service provider, our SOC2 Type 2 certification offers our customers assurance that we have implemented robust security controls to protect their data and ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of their information.
