New York, NY – March 12, 2019 – A new Vice President of Sales for the Western Region and Canada, Jeanne Glass has joined the 1E ranks. Jeanne is a senior sales leader and recognized industry expert in software sales and management, global sales operations, growth markets, information technology and customer experience. Known for building profitable relationships with F500 companies—especially those with complex technical and business implications. She is also the founder of VirtualZ Computing and a Senior Associate with the Service Profit Chain Institute.
Appointed as a senior leader at Kleiner Perkins-funded and other tech start-ups and prominent companies such as CA Technologies (previously known as Computer Associates), and FICO, Jeanne successfully created, built and launched several high-performing businesses: new multimillion-dollar sales regions, a regional customer advocacy organization, a worldwide client relations organization and new national vertical markets including all metrics, systems and operational processes.
Due to high impact results in positions such as Vice President Sales, Vice President Client Relations/Global Accounts, and Vice President Investor Relations Jeanne is frequently invited to keynote and speak at industry conferences.
Jeanne earned a master’s degree in international management, a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems and participates in executive programs at the Harvard and Stanford Graduate Schools of Business. Jeanne is a sustaining member of The Junior League of Minneapolis and volunteers with Good Karma Animal Rescue. She serves on committees for several philanthropic organizations such as The Children’s Crisis Nursery, The Minnesota Orchestra and The Minnesota Zoo.
