London, England- February 1st, 2019– With over 20 years’ working across a number of different verticals including software, leisure, education, and more recently real estate, Michael Bolton joins 1E as the new Digital Marketing Director. He brings with him his vast knowledge of brand growth and lead generation as well as his variety of client acumen. His experience spans McAfee, Hilton, Countrywide and RAC as well as leading client success programs for John Lewis, M&S, Tesco and other high street retailers. He describes himself as a “commercially focussed marketeer” and has built and developed several digital marketing teams.
At Countrywide, he was responsible for developing Paid Channels, SEO optimisation, UX design, eCRM, Social Media and reporting and analytics. The Countrywide Google Ads program won two Industry awards in 2018 and was shortlisted for a DRUM Search award for Innovation.
Michael lives in Aylesbury, is a keen fencer (Foil and Epée) and cyclist. He is also an 80’s music aficionado and runs an online radio station.
