1E’s Year in Review: 10 Highlights From 2024

As we close the chapter on 2024, I find myself reflecting on what an incredible year it's been for 1E. It’s been a year of transformation, achievement, and bold steps forward. We’ve built on our foundation, expanded our reach, and redefined DEX in ways that will set the stage for even greater things in the years ahead.

2024 was a year of growth—not just for 1E, but for the incredible community of employees, partners, and customers who supported us every step of the way. Here are some of the most significant moments that have defined this remarkable year:

1. TeamViewer Acquires 1E: In December 2024, we were excited to share the news that TeamViewer, a leader in secure remote connectivity solutions, will acquire 1E. In combining 1E’s world-class digital employee experience platform with TeamViewer’s market-leading remote connectivity solutions for IT and Operational Technology (OT), we'll redefine what’s possible for the digital workplace.

2. Exoprise joined the 1E family: Last year, 1E acquired Exoprise, a leader in application, cloud, and network observability. This was a major milestone on our journey to deliver the most comprehensive DEX platform. By joining forces, we empower organizations to gain deeper visibility into their IT environments, enhance productivity, and ensure seamless digital experiences.

3. Enhanced AI offerings: 2024 was the year we took our AI offerings to the next level. In January we introduced 1E Intelligence, an AI engine that's set to redefine digital employee experience (DEX). In December, we extended our offering with Intelligent Insights, a feature that harnesses the power of predictive and generative AI to equip IT teams with actionable, real-time analytics.

4. DEX Connect Summit: This year 1E hosted the first-ever DEX Connect Summit in Austin, TX. Over two days, we enjoyed insightful sessions and engaged in valuable discussions with customers, prospects, and partners. Gartner’s Dan Wilson, VP Analyst, joined us to share his DEX expertise.

5. New strategic partnerships: In October 2024, we proudly joined forces with new strategic partners to continue our journey to providing the very best DEX for all. First up is Goliath, a partnership set to transform the clinician experience with an industry-first health IT offering. Next came B2M, a strategic partnership aimed at revolutionizing the digital experience for frontline workers.

6. Publishing new industry insights: In June and November, we conducted in-depth surveys capturing the perspectives of 500+ IT leaders on the adoption and impact of AI in the workplace. Their insights continue to shape our approach to leveraging AI for meaningful change.

7. 1E is on the path to being FedRAMP ready: We achieved a significant milestone with our dedication to achieving FedRAMP Ready status, sponsored by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). This accomplishment reinforces our commitment to serving the unique needs of government agencies and highly regulated industries. 1E will be able to deliver secure, compliant, and scalable solutions that meet the rigorous standards required for federal environments.

8. The Gartner Magic Quadrant: In August, we were honored to be recognized as a Leader in the inaugural Gartner Magic Quadrant for DEX Management Tools. This recognition validates our commitment to empowering organizations with innovative solutions that improve productivity, improve employee satisfaction, and provide unmatched visibility into IT environments.

9. Record-breaking new deals:: The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) chose 1E as their vendor for a three-year, $37 million deal that includes more than half a million endpoints. We're honored to play a small role in helping the VA provide vital, life-saving services to America's veterans. Additionally, we partnered with HP to bring DEX to consumer markets in the world’s largest DEX deal.

10. Charity work and CSR: Throughout 2024, our fantastic team participated in many CSR and charity activities. Key highlights include our work with Udayan Care, running Biztech Bootcamps and a Computers for a Cause initiative, raising funds for charity through the Giant's Causeway Marathon event and British Heart Foundation Swim challenge; our ongoing environmental efforts with One Tree Planted; and celebrating International Women's Day by running in-person and virtual 'Women in Tech' workshops for young ladies we work with in India.

Each of these milestones has helped us prepare for this exciting next chapter with TeamViewer and reinforced our commitment to redefining DEX.
