Customer story: For all our new friends at Ignite

1E is currently making a big impression (and having a great time) at Microsoft Ignite in Atlanta. Besides today’s breakout session from Mike Terrill, Prepare for Windows 10 and UEFI, we have an exhibition booth (number 258 – drop by if you haven’t already), that’s been at least six-deep with intrigued techies since Monday.

You can’t beat the kind of opportunity offered by an event like Ignite. The chance to meet people, to hear about their challenges and problems, and to tell them about our solutions, is amazing. Hopefully, many of these visitors will join a number of the world’s leading brands and become new 1E customers.

The nature of our software, though, means that most of our work is inevitably done behind the scenes. Unless you work at 1E, or at one of the companies that use our software, you would be unlikely to know exactly who we’re helping, and how we’re helping them. This is why we made the following comic strip. Believe it or not, it’s an absolutely true account of a day in the life of Matt Albert, 1E’s Professional Services Director.
