Remediating Performance issues with Tachyon Experience

Tachyon Tuesday - Deep Tech Content, Every Tuesday

Performance is the measure of device statistics—CPU utilization and process queues, I/O, memory, network, etc. From an employee perspective, Performance is the least important set of data. Why? Because employees don’t care if the CPU queue is getting longer or memory is running out—they care about the impact of those things. Thus, Performance data helps us understand why Responsiveness issues (such as apps opening at a slow speed) may be occurring.
In today’s vlog, Jason demonstrates how to use Performance data to understand the cause of, and remediate, Responsiveness issues that impact the digital employee experience.
