Remediating Responsiveness issues with Tachyon Experience

Tachyon Tuesday - Deep Tech Content, Every Tuesday

To gain a holistic picture of the end user’s endpoint experience, we need to understand how they are actually experiencing the endpoint. That’s where Responsiveness comes in.
Responsiveness leverages synthetic micro-transactions that execute periodically on the endpoint. Rather than measuring CPU percentage utilization (an example Performance metric), it measures the amount of time taken to create a process. “Responsiveness” metrics are things that end users do during the course of using their machines and things that they’ll likely notice if they slow down a lot.
Just with any Tachyon Experience metrics, the platform enables rapid root cause analysis and remediation of the issue. In the below video, we explain how to detect, investigate, and remediate Responsiveness issues using Tachyon.
