Sales Spotlight with Samantha Niblett

Samantha Niblett is our Global Partner and Alliances Director, and it’s her role to forge and grow new relationships with large IT system integrators/managed service providers etc who are always looking for the best ways to deliver value to their customers. She also manages partnerships with consultancy firms that help customers find solutions to their challenges.

A day in the Life of a Customer Success Manager

Khushboo Jamal is part of the Customer Success team here at 1E and is responsible for ensuring that our customers have everything they need to be successful in their environments with our technology! Her title is Senior Customer Success Manager and Khushboo tells us a bit about her time at 1E!
