New for 2020, Tachyon Sentiment enriches the endpoint health data gathered by Tachyon Experience with subjective, continuous end-user sentiment scoring. It’s completely flexible so users can be polled on a continuous basis to identify gaps in their experience or on an ad hoc basis in response to a specific event (for example an IT change or upgrade). As a core component of the Tachyon Experience module, sentiment data is aggregated with endpoint telemetry to create a holistic digital experience score per device for more accurate root cause analysis and remediation of experience issues.

Tachyon Explorer gives IT absolute visibility and control of every endpoint in the estate. It enables you to ask questions and give instructions in natural language to retrieve live information from endpoints and remediate issues or security breaches quickly. This can be achieved with just a single network packet, meaning this process takes a matter of seconds, even across thousands of remote endpoints. And that data is always live information rather than cached so you’re not making decisions based on stale data.
Guaranteed State Configuration and Compliance
Guaranteed State ensures that endpoints are secure (even when outside the corporate firewall) by making compliance and configuration drift management instantaneous and simple. When you set a rule across your organization, it’s enforced immediately. In instances where a user has attempted to overrule a configuration rule, Guaranteed State will revert settings back to their original state in a matter of seconds. It can also perform conditional processing for more complex tasks without overburdening the endpoint.
